PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Plus 9 Motorsports offers wholesale pricing to qualified dealers, installers, and authorized resellers.

Approval is required before accessing wholesale pricing or ordering at dealer rates.

ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a wholesale account, applicants must be:

• An automotive-related business (shop, installer, reseller, or distributor)
• Able to provide valid business documentation (EIN, resale certificate, or business license)
• Approved by Plus 9 Motorsports

We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our discretion.

PRICING & ACCOUNT ACCESS

• Wholesale pricing is confidential and only available to approved accounts
• Pricing may change at any time without notice
• Accounts must remain active to maintain wholesale access

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS (IF APPLICABLE)

We may apply minimum order quantities (MOQ) or minimum order value (MOV) depending on product category.

These requirements may vary and are subject to change without notice.

MAP POLICY (MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE)

If MAP pricing applies:

• Dealers must not advertise below the MAP price set by Plus 9 Motorsports
• MAP applies to all public listings including websites, marketplaces, and social media ads
• Violations may result in:
  • Account suspension
  • Loss of wholesale pricing
  • Termination of dealer privileges

We reserve the right to enforce MAP at our discretion.

ORDERING & FULFILLMENT

• All wholesale orders are subject to availability
• Processing times may vary depending on inventory and order volume
• We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders due to stock limitations
  

SHIPPING

• Shipping terms for wholesale orders may differ from retail orders
• Freight or oversized shipments may incur additional charges
• Risk of loss transfers upon carrier pickup unless otherwise agreed
  

RETURNS & WARRANTY

• Wholesale orders are generally final sale unless defective
• Returns require prior authorization (RMA)
• Defective items may be eligible for replacement only
• Warranty terms follow standard Plus 9 Motorsports Warranty Policy unless otherwise specified
  

BRANDING & USE OF MATERIALS

• Dealers may use product images for resale purposes
• All branding, logos, and content remain property of Plus 9 Motorsports
• Alteration of branding or misrepresentation of products is strictly prohibited
  

TERRITORY & DISTRIBUTION

We reserve the right to:

• Limit distribution by region or channel
• Assign exclusive or semi-exclusive territories (if applicable)
  

ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate wholesale accounts at any time for:

• MAP violations
• Fraudulent activity
• Unauthorized resale behavior
• Brand misrepresentation
• Repeated policy violations
  

LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Plus 9 Motorsports is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from resale or installation of products.

AGREEMENT

By applying for or using a wholesale account, you agree to all terms stated above and all associated policies of Plus 9 Motorsports.
