Refund policy

SHIPPING

U.S. Orders:

  • Free shipping within the contiguous United States
  • Processing time: 1-2 business days

International Orders:

  • Shipping rates calculated at checkout
  • Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer


PACKAGE FORWARDING

Once delivered to the address provided (including forwarding services), responsibility transfers to the customer.


RETURNS

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • RMA required before return
  • Unauthorized returns may be refused

Items must be unused and in original packaging.


RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customer is responsible unless item is defective or incorrect
  • Trackable shipping recommended


REFUNDS

  • Processed within 5-7 business days after inspection
  • Refund issued to original payment method

Shipping costs are built into the product price.

For non-defective returns, actual outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless required by law.


RESTOCKING FEE

  • Up to 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns
  • No fee for defective or incorrect items


FAIR USE

We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns from customers exhibiting excessive or abusive return behavior, to the extent permitted by law.
